Our service includes idea generation, idea refinement, and idea collaboration.

Intellectual Property

However, any ideas, suggestions, or project concepts generated by MentWave’s AI for you are yours to use without restriction, including for commercial purposes. MentWave does not claim ownership over your projects or the outputs you create using our service.

AI Limitations and User Responsibility

MentWave uses artificial intelligence (AI) to provide guidance, ideas, and assistance.

You acknowledge that:

• AI may produce mistakes or incomplete information
• AI’s knowledge may not always be current
• AI-generated content should not be taken as professional, legal, or financial advice
• You are solely responsible for verifying any important information provided by the AI before taking action
• We are not liable for consequences arising from reliance on AI-generated content without independent verification

Refund Policy

If we offer paid services in the future, we will provide details of any applicable refund policy at the time of purchase.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MentWave, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the service.

MentWave’s services are primarily hosted on servers located in the European Union or the United Kingdom. Some AI processing, analytics, and email services may involve data transfers outside these regions (e.g., through OpenAI, Google Analytics, PostHog). These transfers are conducted under appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
